TF03-100 is a high-performance, industrial-grade LiDAR sensor developed by Benewake. As the third generation in the TF series, it offers substantial upgrades in detection range, precision, stability, and expandability, making it ideal for demanding applications such as UAV altitude hold, vehicle anti-collision, intelligent transportation, and security monitoring.
With a maximum detection range of up to 180 meters, a frame rate of up to 7000 Hz, and high sunlight resistance (up to 100 KLux), TF03-100 ensures reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. The compact design and lightweight construction also allow for easy integration into tight spaces or lightweight platforms.
TF03-100 features a rugged IP67-rated aluminum housing with a high-transmittance infrared window, enabling it to operate in harsh conditions such as dust, rain, and vibration. Multiple communication interfaces are supported, including UART, CAN, RS-485, RS-232, and analog output (4–20 mA), providing flexibility for integration across different systems.
In addition, users can customize working parameters such as output frame rate, baud rate, trigger mode, and over-range thresholds to match specific requirements. BootLoader functionality supports convenient firmware upgrades.

TF03-100 includes compensation algorithms for outdoor glare and other interference, so it works normally under strong light environment and rain, fog and snow conditions①. Different built-in operating modes let customers change parameters and configuration to meet their need.
