• Returns & Refunds: Only defective or incorrect products are eligible for return. Customer remorse returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
• Product Warranty: Our depth cameras, ToF sensors, and LiDAR devices are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
• Liability: We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
