ALLSENSE specializes in outdoor industrial applications, providing high-precision LiDAR solutions for demanding environments. The S150 is a fully solid-state LiDAR system built on advanced SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) technology. By using SPAD devices for single-photon detection and integrating time-correlated techniques, the S150 delivers highly accurate distance measurements and 3D imaging capabilities.

The internal chip features advanced Stacked-BSI technology, incorporating a 736(H) x 304(V) SPAD pixel array, TDC array, histogram statistics, algorithm processing, and laser driver control. With a maximum measurement distance of 50 meters, the S150 is designed for outdoor industrial applications, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
