Both models offer advanced illumination with 940nm 10W VCSEL, support HDR mode, and provide versatile connectivity options, including 1000Mbps Ethernet and RS485. While DS87 features M12 + M8 aviation plugs and is IP67 rated, DS86 uses RJ45 + M8 aviation plugs with an IP42 rating.
