Standard version 1, standard version 2, the use of multi-axis CNC integrated processing molding, high strength aluminum alloy material, thickness of 2mm, mirror polishing, three surface verticality and flatness ± 0.01mm can achieve excellent reflection signal.
Standard version 3, assembly and splicing process, high strength aluminum alloy material, thickness of 5mm, three verticality ± 0.05mm flatness ± 0.01mm, good reflection signal.
Laser version, multi-axis CNC integrated processing molding, with infrared laser aiming in the middle, easier to test.
This Angle reflector is specially designed for radar testing, with 1/4 universal tripod screw fixing holes at the bottom for easy radar-related testing on a tripod.
Radar cross section (RCS) is a physical quantity to measure the echo intensity generated by a target under the irradiation of radar waves. It is the imaginary area of the target, represented by the projected area of an isotropic equivalent reflector that has the same echo power as the defined target in receiving direction unit solid Angle. The symbol σ is generally used to represent the radar cross section of the target. In fact, the RCS of an aircraft is not a single value, there are different RCS for each Angle of view, different radar frequency, etc.For example, one band of the F-16 has an RCS value of 4 square meters directly in front and more than 100 square meters laterally.
In addition to reflecting the cross section in square meters, a more general approach is to express the cross section as a logarithm of ten times, in decibel square meters (dBsm), σdBsm = 10LG σ.For example, an RCS value of 0.1 m2 corresponds to -10dB m2 (i.e. -10 DBSM).
Radar cross section and relative amplitude values calculated in standard version 2:
